The Circular table designed by Piet Hein, Bruno Mathsson, and Arne Jacobsen, traces its origins to the innovative Super-elliptic table. This original member of the series drew inspiration from Piet Hein’s creative solution to a traffic issue at Sergels Torg in Stockholm, resulting in a supereliptical roundabout. Renowned for its superior quality, the Table-Series not only excels in craftsmanship but also incorporates top-notch materials. The Fenix laminate used is exceptionally resistant to scratches, boasting a matte surface that absorbs light instead of reflecting it. Its practicality extends to easy cleaning and resistance to revealing fingerprints, making it both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The table’s upper part comprises 22 mm laminated agglomerate with a laminate or sheet metal finish. The laminate version features an aluminum edge, while the sheet metal version comes with a veneer edge. The base is constructed with a chromed steel pedestal and a 4-star base in polished satin aluminum.
