Nikon EM SLR film camera. Manufacturer by Nippon Kogaku K. K. Made in Japan, 1979. The Nikon EM is an electromechanically-controlled manual focus SLR powered by two S76/A76 cells or one 1/3N battery. Since it is made for amateur photographers, it is lighter (thanks to its polycarbonate top and bottom covers and copper-aluminum alloy body), less bulky, and is far simpler to use. It has aperture priority, semi-automatic exposure control powered by a 60/40 center-weighted silicon light meter and a viewfinder that has a needle that indicated the exposure on a shutter speed scale. Fitted with a Baldar f9/72mm collapsible lens., which springs out when a release button on the top plate is pressed. Has two-speeds (Exposure or Snapshot) and two apertures (8 or 16). The Cetro-phot is a simple medium format viewfinder 120 film camera debuted by Certo-Kamera-Werk (Gönna & Söhne) in 1958. The camera was constructed of all metal, with nickel hardware and covered in seal grain leather. Lens: simple meniscus lens type, Achromat 75mm f/8.Aperture: holes on sliding disc, f/8 and f/11. Focusing: zone focusing via the ring on the lens, scale for flash distance, and aperture. Focus range: 1.5-10m +inf. Shutter: one speed, spring-loaded rotary shutter, bulb (B), and moment (M) around 1/50. Features included an optical viewfinder, double exposure prevention, top-mounted synchronized flash attachment, and a tripod socket. Petri 7s film camera, made by Kuribayashi Camera Industry Inc, 1963. Petri 7S 35mm rangefinder film camera sporting the PETRI 45mm f/1.8 fast prime amber-coated fixed lens. The camera’s uniqueness is its exposure meter design. Called the Circle-Eye exposure system, the lens is completely surrounded by a selenium cell (ATL) for light metering providing very accurate light readings. The readings can be viewed conveniently in two places, on top the camera’s top plate and through the viewfinder. This vintage item remains fully functional in perfect working order.

The last twin lens reflex ever produced by Yashica, and the most advanced. Designed as a Rolleiflex copy (and doing a darned good job of it), the Mat-124 G features a four-element, 80mm f/3.5 lens set of the better “Yashinon” variety, shutter speeds from 1-second to 1/500th, an aperture range of f/3.5 – f/32, a bright ground-glass viewing screen, a crank arm film advance, and ergonomic aperture/shutter controls. Totally new not used.
