Oval PASSED sticker similar to this was attached to virtually all camera equipment exported from Japan between the 1950s to the mid-1980s. JCII stands for Japan Camera Industry Institute, and JMDC for Japan Machinery Design Center. These stickers were attached to camera products that satisfied minimal quality requirements and were not blatant copies of German camera products of the time.

It has aperture priority, semi-automatic exposure control powered by a 60/40 center-weighted silicon light meter and a viewfinder that has a needle that indicated the exposure on a shutter speed scale. Designed as a Rolleiflex copy (and doing a darned good job of it), the Mat-124 G features a four-element, 80mm f/3.5 lens set of the better “Yashinon” variety, shutter speeds from 1-second to 1/500th, an aperture range of f/3.5 – f/32, a bright ground-glass viewing screen, a crank arm film advance, and ergonomic aperture/shutter controls. Agfa Isola is a medium format viewfinder camera 120 roll film, made by Agfa in Germany, 1955’s. The lens is collapsible; once extended, it was turned to lock back in storage position. The shutter release is interlocked with the lens extension and you can only engage the shutter when the lens is extended. Agnar 75mm f/6.3 lens and Single-2 shutter with B, 1/30sec and 1/100sec speeds. Agfa Isola comes with the functional Agfalux Flash. Tripod socket.
